Flycop: no win – no fee.

At Flycop, we take great pride in our dedication to justice and openness. We work under the straightforward tenet of “no win – no fee.” This implies that we won’t collect a fee until we are able to get compensation on your behalf. You may be confident as a Flycop client that your case will be handled without charging you, or that you will obtain compensation.

Details of Compensation

The amount you usually earn after Flycop’s fee depends on how far the entire trip is and if you need to file a lawsuit.

Without filing a lawsuit, the airline consents to pay.

Flycop’s compensation for any flight of 1,500 km or less, for which the client is eligible for a Flight Compensation of 250 euros, is 75 euros, including applicable VAT.

Flycop’s compensation is 120 EUR, including applicable VAT, for any intra-community flight that is longer than 1,500 km or any flight that is between 1,500 km and 3,500 km and for which the client is entitled to 400 EUR in compensation.

Flycop will receive 180 EUR in compensation, including applicable VAT, for any flights that are not specifically mentioned above, for which the client is entitled to 600 EUR in compensation.

Flycop’s compensation will be 30% of the received flight compensation, including any relevant VAT, unless the client is entitled to a different amount.

Court Cases

Flycop will initiate legal proceedings and will be entitled to increased compensation to cover additional costs of legal proceedings (e.g., court fees, translation costs, attorney fees, administrative costs) if a settlement agreement with the airline is not reached or in other cases where the Flight Compensation recovery process would be more effective and/or quicker.

Airline Ticket Refund

In addition, Flycop helps you get your airline ticket money back in case your flight is cancelled. The following is the charge schedule for ticket refunds: We keep 30% of the ticket money if it is recovered extraterrestrial. Should the matter proceed to trial, we deduct an extra 20%, bringing the whole cost to 50%.

Exchange Rate for Foreign Currency

Airlines typically pay compensation in euros. Flycop pays you in euros by default when transferring compensation. We will make an effort to accommodate your request if you ask for the payment to be made in a different currency. In this instance, we concur that Flycop’s bank or payment system’s terms and tariffs will be followed in calculating the foreign exchange rate and related payments.

Commission for Banks

Flycop collects compensation on behalf of its clients; clients pay the associated costs. Whenever possible, Flycop selects a payment option with the least amount of bank commissions and other expenses that it is aware of. The client is responsible for covering any additional fees and expenses that result from their request to make cash payments, move compensation to a different bank account, use a certain payment method, etc. Furthermore, the client alone is responsible for paying any further accruals and commissions (such as bank commissions) from their end.

Flycop pays out within the allotted time frame for regular payments. We shall make an effort to comply with a client’s request for an expedited payment; nevertheless, the client is responsible for covering any associated charges.

Legal Fees

Flycop will cover all costs associated with paying court fees, state duties, notary fees, and other related expenditures if they arise during the collection procedure.

The member agrees to sign and promptly transmit the applicable document to the address we designate, at his or her own expense, in the event that the assignment of claim, the power of attorney, or any other document needs to be filed as an original to the airline, civil aviation authority, or court.

Charges to B2B Customers In the event that Flycop and its corporate customer (B2B) reach an agreement for the collection of compensation that specifies terms different from those found below, the terms of that agreement will take precedence.
